There is a reflux control pillow by MedCline Relief System with hole for an arm. It was suggested to me by a pulmonologist. Well it’s $350 which I purchased, yes another expense. And well it does not work for me, I am short and my arms are short and I cannot find a comfortable position with my arm in that hole which would prevent from sliding down. So I sleep on it as on a wedge and I slide down during the night. But I think if you are taller that me- 5 feet- it could actually work. Unfortunately it’s not a returnable item.
