Sorry for late reply. My PNET was 1.8, well differentiated and I was going to have distal pancreactomy and splenectomy until a Stanford surgeon saw 2 additional tiny lesions of 0.7 and 0.3 in my liver. I am scheduled for MRI guided liver ablation then the surgery in July. It's very distressing that it metastasized when they said Pnet is slow growing. It's no longer curable but treatable. Dealing with this setback is a downer.

@kathyfujii Sorry for the unexpected news. I can relate to the liver metastasis. Having it has limited my treatment options. Do you know what grade your pnet is? Hopefully everything goes as planned with the ablation and surgery.
