@authoreg Ellen, do you have bronchiectasis in addition to a MAC infection? Brinsupri is not an antibiotic and so is not prescribed for MAC. How are you currently treating the MAC? Best of luck.

Thanks Toni, yes Ido have both MAC and bronchiec. I have been on many differentantibiotics. I am on oxygen24-7 so I am looking for a way beyond the nebolizer to reduce this heavy mucus. I am having great difficulties sleeping as the mucus symptomsarethe worst then. Anyway, thanks so much for helping. Ellen helping@tchd518
