I remember one of my therapists explained the personality disorder as this: when there is increase in the dosage and l complained to her of being numb or not crying ,she tells me that I hated being depressed and it becomes a habit of being sad all the time and you dont accept the change to happiness until you become always in the habit of being happy again!
Can someone clarify how this is true?
I guess the solution choosing between two evils; being numb and happy or being your self sad as you were most of your life.
But my doctor finally listened to me and we made a different plan of the way I take the medicine.
