At this point, I would be thinking about a law suit against the student and against the school district. At least see an attorney who specializes in this sort of injury.

I am apart of the union and have an attorney through the union also. I don’t think I can lawsuit against the student as it was a special ed student.

If the school district still doesn’t wanna work with me and my school is toxic and abusive, I will definitely be filing a lawsuit and complaint.
