ADT ended 10 months ago after 44 radiation treatments. No erections or libido and my 82-year-old wife is still beautiful to me. ED meds and vacuum pump have not been adequate. I have read that Trimix will not work well if there is little libido. An implant might work but I am not ready for that. My wife has vaginal atrophy even with Estradiol creme so sex is painful for her and may not be possible even with a firm erection. I believe testosterone replacement treatment would help more than anything especially since I still have major side effects from Lupron that make hot flashes look like fun. However, my urologist will not even consider raising my 100-level testosterone. I have no detectable PSA. Have I missed anything?

@pesquallie I've not had the experience, but I understand that recovery from Lupron takes longer than from the oral medication, and I'm sorry for the long time waiting. My oncologist's PA said that they typically don't consider testosterone supplementation for 9-12 months after treatment ends, and even then it depends on the cancer that has been treated. I wish you recovery soon!
