@ipg I had severe jaw pain. The dentist insisted there was no crack or cavity. I went to him several times and asked him to just pull the tooth. He said it was a healthy tooth and I must have just 'bruised' it?! My family doctor sent me for a proper bone scan with die and they determined osteonecrosis. I ended up loosing two molars, but because I had just been on Forteo, apparently that helped with my healing.

Thank you for your response. I had a dexi in 2024 and overall at 2.9 My endocrin wants to treat. Putting it off. Joined a gym getting a personal trainer. Scared. I feel that I am at risk for MRONJ given that I( have exostosis and tori. Dentist says good oral hygiene is the key. Endocrin wants to place me on Forteo or Tymlos. Scared beyond belief. Told them I will revisit it next year. Will be active in the gym. Want to buy Fortibone. Live alone. What's going to happen to me should I have these side affects? Any advice?
