@sharonmcg, some things don't show up right away and take a couple months to see anything. Meds for anxiety can be different in every person. Let your doctor know. I have high anxiety and other stuff going on but mask a lot of it because that's me, I try to think positive and exercise to keep me busy, mind occupied. Also to see if I can figure out how to make things work better for me and the anxiety. Also ask God to help, since 🙏 i believe in prayer and miracles and angels. Let me know if you have more questions. Exercise time here. Have a blessed day 🙏

@sharonmcg, lesson learned from just experienced visits and numerous chiropractic adjustments i had to find one that gave a couple of things. There are good chiropractic doctors and then those that are building their practice. I like those that have been in the field for years, secondly I like either massage b4 adjustments or heating pad to loosen up the muscle for a warmer adjustment. It goes back into place easier. Lastly, if I still hurt or ache I let him or her know. Sometimes a second adjustment is all that is needed to set it back in place. An inexperienced chiropractor can do more harm than good. I check reviews and word of mouth by people who have been treated by the same chiropractor. Don't feel anxiety over what should be a good adjustment. Let them know if a issue exists. If this doesn't work, find another chiropractor.
