@mangolinda8191, Please let us know what your doctor says about the kidney numbers. It's good that they are watching you closely with lab work. I'm wondering if it's a spike that might occur at the initial treatment, but may resolve as your body adjusts or if it's expected to continue. These targeted therapies can be powerful and effective, but they can come with a wide range of side effects too. I am not a clinician, but I take a different targeted therapy. With mine, it's not uncommon to reduce the initial dose, so that may something that you can ask about too. Are you feeling any worse or better after starting the TEPMETKO?

@lls8000 how I feel after starting TEPMETKO? Just the same as before... I've never felt BAD (or less than Good) with this NSCLC. Still active, energized until mid-evening (when I crash, so to speak). No other issues. I continue to relish this phase, appreciating that it won't last forever from what I am told and have read.
After the oncology appointment, I'll post again...
