Dry needling for post-ACDF hand/arm pain and numbness

I had ACDF surgery a year ago. I don’t have any pain but my left arm and bicep are still very weak. I have trouble lifting up a glass. I have been doing extensive rehab and excercize but nothing seems to accelerate regaining strength. Is there anything else I should try? TENS unit, diet, drugs etc?

@seidholz - sorry to hear that your left arm and bicep are still very weak.

Did your surgeon have any other ideas for this? If you are working with a physical therapist, what did they say about the weakness?
