Good morning! Just turned 70. Doc says I'm in good shape but age creeping up. Actually my neck started cracking a few months ago...I mean a lot during the day. They both said it is very common. (bubbles, etc!) Not pain just annoying...Had X-Ray, MRI...yes there is some arthritis, and some movement in C-3,C-4(which I know little about!)...But basically I found out from the specialist and my GP that maybe some therapy, strengthen neck muscles, a few exercises(boring), posture...and see. Trying to figure out if there is anything missing??? Actually didn't know where to post?
Thank you, JB

Hi @wgatap21, I think you ask a great question. I'm not sure if this is a better place to post but since it's a collection of exercises and I didn't see much else related to your neck making a cracking noise during the day. I had a friend that taught AARP driving classes for seniors and he always added some great head an neck stretches and emphasized we should be doing them daily to help us with our driving and being able to turn our heads in different directions to see what's going on around us. This might be a good place to post...

Also, I found this video on Mayo Clinic's site for: Neck stretches for the workplace
