@tolepainter I've been on brensocatib for 8 months and, like you, have had lots of upper airway side effects. Dry cough, tons of sinus drainage, sneezing. It may be just due to seasonal allergies, but I've never really had bad allergies before.

One the plus side, I have considerably more energy than I've had in a long time. I still become short of breath with exercise, but that's probably due to having had a lung lobe removed from bronchiectasis. I also have a significant decrease in mucus production.

After 3 years of dealing with this disease, I finally feel like I'm getting my life back, which is such a blessing!

@coffcoff So glad to hear that you have had some improvement. I'm also interested to hear how your lobe removal went as that is something they recommended for me. Was the surgery and recovery difficult? I'm very hesitant to have that done at my age, 72.
