@wascaly there is no cure unfortunately. All that salt will do is perhaps, raise your blood pressure.

Relief from the pain for me, comes by taking the supplement, ALA. Alpha-Lipoic Acid. It was recommended to me by my neurologist.
I take 600mg twice a day.

@SusanEllen66 it didn’t help me - I took it for several years - not eating sugar or carbs helps me more than anything
