Donât you dare beat yourself up for âtaking it for grantedâ! You were living your life and hopefully enjoying it. This whole thing about having to be grateful every minute is just exhausting. Itâs the moment that counts.
And stop saying âneedlessâ worry. Itâs just another way to put yourself down. Youâre worried. Thatâs perfectly normal and human. Youâre probably a lot of other things too! I hope some of them are even positive.
Crying is emotional regulation. Thereâs no shame in it. Obviously, itâs not something that you want to be doing all the time but itâs also not the worst thing you could do. Donât hurt yourself. Donât hurt anyone else. The rest will come to you soon.
Think of things that make your heart happy. For me itâs my animals and nature. What is it for you?
