@lsk1000 Thanks. Turns out it is the Wiesner clamp that I have. Didn’t realize there was an upside down issue. I’ll look into that.

@geno2853 Yes do that. Google the anatomy of the penis. The blood vessel is on the top. Don’t want to shut that off. That gets the flat side of the clamp. The underside is the urethra which gets the side with the protrusion to stop the urine flow.
@geno2853 the weisner clamp also comes with a couple of different inserts. One is more aggressive than the other. I found the gym and lifting weights to much for the clamp to handle. I use a condom catheter. Takes the pressure off leaking.

Just feel the Center of each clamp side. You will feel the protrusion sticking up from middle of the bottom portion. That’s the side with the longer edge, which you click the top into.
