@boru I am 83 and 7 months and shortly after I finally found out I had Bronchiectasis, a couple of years ago, and a skin condition I said to myself

"Life can become more complicated, then ever before, in so many ways"

I said this regarding the time factor for what needs to be done for myself, ourselves, with our health and managing all we have to do to live each day. Especially if you live alone as I do also.
It also becomes complicated for the doctors who do all they can to help us with our health issues we have. Both the doctors and ourselves find ourselves working together in deciding how to treat our health problems,. Which ones to consider for treatment without complicating other health problems ......and our daily life more so. Which medicines or ways of treating and dealing with all.

Overall, for me, I try to remember to give much thought to all and then go with my gut feeling and that quiet whisper we can hear if we listen to ourselves with honesty.
Sometimes having to face that honesty ....at any age.... in any circumstance,....when things pop up for us and we have to make decisions, have to deal with all kinds of matters and problems that are not what we want to deal with and hear..... we somehow learn to figure it out. It ain't fun nor easy to do sometimes. However, when we look back and realize we did it in the past and made it this far, we can do it again.
