I have used a Schwinn Airdyne (upright stationary bike with arm movement) for approximately 10/15 years.
Had an AUS implanted in November 2025. Activated in December.
I had a conversation with my surgeon and he said as long as I can keep pressure off the perineum I should be ok with biking.
This is the seat that I purchased.

It's worked fine for me. I mentioned in another thread that I felt it put less pressure on the perineum than watching tv on the couch.
One caveat. This seat is NOT comfortable at all and takes a while using it to get used to it.

I'm no help about cycling. I just don't do ride bikes.
I've only had inadvertent bad leaks, probably from accidental 'button press', a couple times in 3 years with the AUS. That makes me think they should be pretty reliable in most situations.
Hope you find a good approach whether AUS, clamp, or other.
