@geno2853 Hi, I believe we’ve spoken before recently. Before making any decisions about surgery try the Wiesner urinary clamp, or any other clamp that you might prefer. It can be worn during all physical activities including cycling and you won’t even notice it. I wear mine all day, off at night plus one pad a day, which is what many with an AUS use.
