@gravity3 Mainly because I take too many meds already and if there are side effects I manage to get them. Osteoporosis meds have risk of atypical fracture, jaw problems and gastric upset to name a few. Since I’m only at osteopenia stage I am taking the advice of my son who is an ortho trauma doctor and starting with natural things and redoing test in a year.
