I get daily doses of long wave/infrared light from morning daylight (within 3 hours of sunrise) and late afternoon light (within 3 hours of sunset). I learned about it from Huberman Lab episodes. I go outside in the path of where the sun is shining for a minimum of 20 minutes am and 40 minutes pm. If it's cloudy, I go for longer.

I was astounded at how much it has helped ease extreme fatigue!! I have to get sun every day, if I want to be able to stand up and move at all.

What to do for head pressure feels like a band around head and no taste

@efrosini I listened to the Huberman Lab podcasts on light. Thank you so much for mentioning them. So enlightening! Pun intended.
