Can someone please help me, I had a Aus procedur in april 9th 2026 is it normal for the implant to be in the base of my penis and not residing to the scrotum and I can't feel the pump, the activation date was the 22nd of May post surgery urologist told me at the activation that there still mild swollen around the implant let's give it another 2 weeks for the activation, he told me to pull the device towards my feet.

@bonjas
The AUS itself is inside your body. The tubes leading down to the “button” You squeeze to be able to pee it’s the only thing in your scrotum.

@bonjas Yeah, that's what I read (but wasn't told) - once the swelling & pain have gone down to manageable levels, gently pull the device down towards the floor a few times each day. It does tend to drift - it's pretty slippery in there - so it does travel up. But if it travels up to the point of not being able to hold the device, that's quite an urgent problem.
