@suzfuse46 I just went through an ACDF three levels so I’m sorry for not responding sooner. I’ve discovered all kinds of issues. My cervical problem is doing great 4 months post op, but the sever thoracic pain is just killing me. I’ve had injections in that area because the pain dr says it’s just “trigger point” problems. The first injection did me good for about six months but the last two did nothing at all. The pain is destroying my way of life. It’s affecting my diaphragm the most, it feels like I’m going to pass out if I move wrong. My body won’t let me sneeze most of the time because it’s going to be too painful. I’m in PT right now for my ACDF recovery and the therapist said it’s got TJ be more than triggers points. They’re trying to help me without hurting me. My ACDF surgeon will evaluate my thoracic region in October after my fusion takes hold in my neck. I can’t function like this and I have a high tolerance for pain. I don’t know what to do at this point.
