@8152580549 just to give you some perspective- Dr Dora said to just give it time that set backs do happen. I continued to do my core exercises and in time everything healed. Everything has been working as expected ever since.

I had similar issues after two months and was questioning my decision to have the HoLEP procedure. I am 68 and didn't have major issues before surgery but the urologist convinced me by making the point that the older I got or the longer I waited, the longer the healing process would be.
I am now 4 months out and finally feel better than before the surgery. He did warn me that recovery was a long time and it would probably be 2 to 3 months before I saw improvement and a year before I was totally healed. What really helped me was doing physical therapy. I signed up for 4 weekly sessions. The urgency issue was really frustrating for me but now that has almost completely gone.
