I am going to share an alt solution, neurofeedback.
I started with 20 mg Tamoxifen, after BC surgery and 4 rounds of chemo. I couldn’t handle the side effects of 20mg, Mayo reduced to 10 mg. I still have some brain fog so I am currently trying neurofeedback. It helps with various issues, including cognitive decline. I like it for reducing anxiety. I have completed 10 sessions, do feel a difference in focusing, staying present and less anxious.
I am 50, still working, live alone and did not want more medications.

Hi! @malebreastcancer47 :

I am so glad that neurofeedback therapy works for you:) Thanks for sharing your interesting experience!

Could you please let us know which physician such as: PCP, oncologist, etc., be able to refer their patients to the neurofeedback therapy sessions?

Thanks for your help!
