@lvondra Unfortunately,I did not respond to Evenity and fractured on it. My P1NP never rose as it should at the beginning of Evenity. This is a huge red flag but we kept hoping there would be some advantage. I think the short course of Actonel ( which was an atomic bomb to mysytem plummeting P1NP to 18 and CTX to 81 in just 6 weeks) was a contibuting blunting factor. I will now transition to HRT at age 71 as known anabolics have not given response ( except spine) and all my porblems are cortical bone related. I feel good about this and hope for the best possible outcome. Estrogen has a supporting and strneghenign effect on cortical bone.
