At my gym in Ketchum, Idaho, we have red light therapy. It is like a casket, you go in nude and lie down. The top does not come all the way down and for 20 minutes I have the red light. Two amazing things happened. One, my CA 125 cancer numbers went way down and they look me off chemo. 2nd, it helped me with my neuropathy. Other friends have ordered red light patches for a knee problem. etc. Always check with your doctor, and do a lot of research yourself

I am doing red light therapy at PT to try to heal a shin shave biopsy wound. Imaging has not shown any structural damage but I am still getting nerve zings. They place a red light therapy globe next to my shin and it is on for about 12 minutes. If it was placed right on the wound, the compression from it gave me pain. But with this new adjustment I am doing better. I believe the treatment to be helpful for healing. Last year I had used it for my neuropathy.
