Happy it’s working out! “Less is more” for you, and that’s great!
Because Lyrica is so expensive, I “did the math” and bought prescription insurance, so I pay very little of Lyrica, and for all scripts.

@paulaleslie Medicare covers it with preauth. I only pay $3.00.

I have a Part D plan and last refill of PreGabalin 75mg 3X per day was about $150. Is that one of the meds available directly from Medicare and not a supplement or Advantage plan? I don't think so, at least using Dr Google.
If you tolerate PreGabalin at lower doses you might tolerate it at higher doses. Except for ED it seems ok for me. No weight gain, but there is tiredness and balance issues which may be due to it.
