How many of you have tried Lyrica (Pregabalin) in doses from 600 mg?

Hi! Ive been on 600mgs of Lyrica for sleep for about 25 years. I’m 76, no sign of cognitive decline (sometimes forget names, but think that’s “age appropriate” 🙂
Meds prescribed by highly reputable psychopharmacologist. I have Narcolepsy, taken form of chronic insomnia all those years ago, and it works!
I think that not sleeping AT ALL likely would have caused cognitive decline.
Any comments, thoughts, or recommendations? Would appreciate hearing all reactions/helpful thoughts.

@paulaleslie Yeah, I posted about this awhile ago. I am 73 and was on 600 mg/day (4x150) from my psychiatrist until my insurance went from United Healthcare to Medicare. THEY will not pay for that amount, but will pay for 3x a day.
That being said, I have had no problems sleeping on the reduced dosage-and no cognitive decline in either case.
