Lupron is not exactly cheap. My health provider started charging me $400 for a six-month shot of Lupron. That was 20% of the $2,000 billed amount.

@jeffmarc Insane lack of consistency in healthcare costs. My lupron administered in a clinic setting was covered 100%. The only advice is always check first.
