Anyone stopped Keytruda due to side effects?

I had my kidney removed and started Keytruda. I had a total of 3 treatments and have had horrible diarrhea since, going on 6 months now. Took 6 weeks of prednisone, and when I stopped it came back. Im currently on an 8 week course. No more Keytruda for me! I also had cramps in my left hand and wrist, skin rash, and had to start on thyroid medicine. Good luck to you!

@dee1202 ask about Opdivo and Cabometyx combination instead of keytruda. I had severe debilitating side effects after my first dose of keytruda. I’m doing remarkably better with Opdivo and Cabometyx. I’m also on 5 mg prednisone and 400 mg hydroxychloroquine since my keytruda experience. The only side effect are a bit of stiffness in the morning until I get moving and a sore tongue. The Magic Mouthwash made things worse. I changed toothpaste to the one in the pic and my tongue is nearly back to normal
