I have developed arthritis after a major trauma to my arm and wrist. The pain was increasing at an alarming rate. So I took an anti inflammatory and used voltaren gel, they worked well but I cannot keep taking the tablets without risking ulcers. So I tried frankincense and myrrh and it is wonderful. I have purchased different brands and one of them is the above. I do recommend trying it, you can apply it for most things that are hurting you.
