I started weight training 74 years ago, and you are right on. I still go to the gym 3x/week, and need to do it even more. But it only slows down the deterioration, it does not stop it.
My question is: is there anything that will reverse the loss?

After being in the Mayo system for a few days I see an important issue:
DO YOU HAVE PAIN WITH YOUR PN?
Because many of the "treatments" seem to address the pain only.
Are there really 2 types (or more) of PN, and do they require different cures?
After almost 30 years of having PN I am on the verge of complete loss of
mobility.
