Has anyone with PMR supplemented their treatment with a contrast therapy?
Sauna (heat phase):
Vasodilation (heat)→↑blood flow→↑tissue perfusion
Cold shower (cold phase):
Vasoconstriction (cold)→↓ peripheral flow→ Vasoconstriction
