I am very sensitive to meds also. Take a half dose of meds for allergy etc which work fine and ok by my Dr. Took prolia with awful side effects, severe fatigue, constant allergy systoms whic my allery pills did not help, itching, dry mouth, worse anxiety. After 1 dose my dr said not to take another and increase calcium and Vit D. It would be nice to take a smaller dose for sensitive but that does not exist. I think some dose may be better than no dose, maybe not as bad side effects.

@jdh5 I posted the bhrt message a long time ago. I found that the bhrt didn’t really agree with me. Since then I have only been taking pure fortibone every day , sensible diet but hardly any dairy , made up for it with kale , broccoli, nuts , porridge etc. protein in fish and chicken . I have had a spinal fusion major op with screws and cage and mine bones were strong enough to take it . I walk for exercise as can’t exercise with weights due to op recovery and sacrum problems . I am 75 so fingers crossed I keep strong . But no osteoporosis meds for me for as long as I can carry on like this . I am only 48 kgs and too sensitive to meds also .
