I finished Tymlos , after 2 years of injections and also developed belly fat and gained a couple pounds. My bone density did increase, but the belly fat DID NOT go away. I exercise daily.

@happiness5 The pouch can be formed if you have had lordosis also from back fracture of the thoracid or lumbar area. This pushes the pelvis into an anterior pelvic tilt, contributing to the pouch.
