What was your recovery like for Artificial Urinary Sphincter (AUS)?

I have had sling surgery and leak more . I am wanting to try bulkimid next to help stop the leaking Has anyone tried this ? My next and last resort will be AUS

Bulkamid works for women. The woman I work with who Treats people with incontinence will not use Bulkamid On men. I heard from From a couple of guys that did it and results were not positive.
If you’ve not had radiation then look into ProACT, It’s a couple of balloons they implant near your urethra that works quite well to stop incontinent.
Other than that, the AUS is the way to go. You tried the sling, It doesn’t have very good results with radiation patients. I know it doesn’t work really well for some, but does for others. In your case, you found out.
