@lls8000 Two+ weeks ago I started the TEPMETKO tablets (450 mg total/day)... a usual targeted therapy for the MET exon 14 NSCLC.
Decided against doing the clinical trial. So far, no noticeable side effects but my most recent labs (after 14 days of Rx) showed significant kidney function decline and a lower score for Lipase. Is this usual? I'll be talking to my oncologist in about 5 days.
