@joeorsini I'm in similar situation at 70. If you can't lift 10 pounds, lift 5, 2.5 or even just your body weight. Anything helps stave off sarcopenia. I ride indoor bike as well. Not using the muscles will result in atrophy pretty quickly for folks in our condition. It becomes a vicious cycle. Also make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet. The new RDA's are a good place to start.

I started weight training 74 years ago, and you are right on. I still go to the gym 3x/week, and need to do it even more. But it only slows down the deterioration, it does not stop it.
My question is: is there anything that will reverse the loss?
