@grandmira Yes , the tamsulosin affects me mostly when I try to sleep. I am 82 years old and have been on tamsulosin for a long time, the stuffy nose seems to affect me more when I am lying down . When I get up there seems to be less stuffiness. I need to take it however, otherwise I am in big trouble and unable to urinate. I do fine that the earlier in the day I take it, the less problems I have with stuffiness when I try to sleep. I will be asking my provider if there is an alternative
