Hi, I have the same exact issue. I can’t take any of the alpha blockers. The stuffiness nasal congestion is off the wall. I’m 73. I already suffer from allergic rhinitis which I controlled with Flonase now and then however the Flonase slows the urine flow. It got worse over the years so now I’m seeking I believe I’m gonna go with PAE.

@anthony11021 I know what a “ pain” that congestion can be. I have allergic rhinitis and have used Flonase as well as other nasal sprays . I had been using over the counter decongestants but since I was diagnosed with BPH they are prohibited as they cause urine retention. It is becoming apparent that a final cure for BPH would be a turp or similar procedure, then I can toss the meds, if everything goes well.
