@jrolando After 20 years (of disappointment?) I started to investigate what was currently (2026) accepted as dealing with forgetfulness. Eventually I encountered 'Lion's Mane' -Cognition. Users spoke well of it. I must say that I was/am assisted very well with the powder in my black coffee.
