Go back to the doctor. I had this when I was 19. It felt like my bladder was "anxious". Turns out my bladder was "stressed" and overworked because I had been drinking too much water for too long due to being undiagnosed type 2 Diabetic. Also, I've read recently it could also be an STI. So, I recommend more testing. Good Luck.
