I have had ECT and it was the worst thing that happened to me because I lost years I've lost at least 3 years that I do not remember that was very important to me. It helped for 6 months and then it stopped. I used TMS did not work for me

@synthiame I also had a negative experience with ECT. I had to stop after 5 treatments because it gave me horrible depersonalization which lasted MONTHS! I had high hopes because it successfully helped my grandmother and many people are helped by it. I did not lose memory .
