I have been mildly depressed since starting Leqvio, and I have had a mild cough. I took it about one month ago. I am usually upbeat and have noticed the change.

Hi @ez2bblue, and welcome to Mayo Clinic Connect! I imagine you feel unsettled having both coughing and cognitive symptoms.

I have experienced these amongst other side effects treating my genetically high cholesterol over the years. Finding a doctor and eventually getting on Leqvio is actually what has helped me to finally have well-controlled lipid numbers. Like you, I did have some weirdness after my initial injection. Mine, however lasted one/two days. It did continue for a couple more injections incrementally decreasing in severity.

Have you had a chance to visit with your Leqvio (Inclisiran) prescribing doctor?
