@marcd2k it now sounds like you are exactly where I am in this process. I had the Trigger point injections three times, once before I fell and twice after I fell. They did not work for me. I have had epidural previously for different issue and they did not work. So sorry that the last one caused you more pain! So please let me know your results with the Botox shot. Good luck to you.

@mshepard1 Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, the injections have not made any difference. My muscles are still locked and I'm in pain until I lay down.

My doctor mentioned Botox as a next step, but I already had a Botox request denied by my insurance. There is another similar injection of what is called Dysport. It seems it is a generic version of Botox, or at least a cheaper version. That's all they care about, not if it will be effective or not, just the money.
