Hi,
Thank you so much for responding!
I can’t particularly pinpoint what is causing it. I eat dairy, meat, eggs, sugar and the sorts and can go some days with no problem. While other days the pain starts back up. On the other hand, I can cut those things out of my diet but still experience the pain. And I don’t take any medications.
It’s a very confusing, and a little frustrating, situation. The pain starts in my upper abdomen right under my breasts and radiates to my back. Massaging the area and curling up into a fetal position kinda helps haha.

@msantos327 It could be your gall bladder as I had mine removed approx.20years ago.My symptoms were pain in the upper abdomen which probably went to the back as I remember getting ease by lying on the floor.

Hi
Have you had an endoscopy?? It sounds like gastritis which is what I have and experience the same symptoms.
I take pepcid, tums and gasx. It depends on what I eat.
Good luck......feel better
