Retrograde ejaculation can unfortunately happen after Aquablation even though the risk is lower than older prostate surgeries, and while some men notice partial improvement over several months as healing and inflammation settle, completely dry orgasms can sometimes be permanent, while the burning in your prostate and urethra at 6 weeks is still fairly common during recovery and is often related to ongoing healing and irritation unless it becomes severe or shows signs of infection.

@cheezwizard retrograde ejaculation hasn’t changed in the past year. I have the build up and the feeling like I’m going to ejaculate but nothing comes out. Very disappointing. Will it ever change?
