Have you tried back passage irrigation? I have a linear prolapse and was sent to a colorectal surgeon by my gastroenterologist.The surgeon advised this irrigation.It is a coloplast system and works very well, preventing a lot of pushing etc.which can make the prolapse worse.

@cardigan no I haven't heard of it. I'll look it up. The contractions occur spontaneously often before I can even sit. I don't need to push at all because as I said its a full prolapse. Often I dont even know I've released anything. That's pretty frustrating as well.. I appreciate your information so thank you for taking the time.
