I have had right sided inner thigh and groin pain for almost 4 years. I had a rt. total hip replacement a year ago because MRI showed a labral tear and it has not improved the pain at all. I had a spinal cord stimulator implanted 8 months later and the pain is still there. It’s getting worse. I’ve been going to PT continuously for over a year and nothing really makes much difference for any length of time. I’ve had lumbar epidural steroid injections and SI joint injections and while they helped a bit at first they no longer provide any lasting relief.
I have many relatively minor issues with my spine, mild lumbar disc bulges, mild stenosis etc.
NOBODY knows what is going on and I’m so tired of being in SO much pain. My life is so small now and I’m “only “ 60 years old.
Have any of you gotten a definitive diagnosis that explains this pain that isn’t a labrum tear? Has anyone received long lasting pain relief? Thanks for any help ❤️

@laurenthewise1 I had pelvic pain, centered on my bladder. I'm not entirely sure where the "Groin" is. It felt like I was having a baby every day. Turned out to be a pinched pudendal nerve. I had pelvic PT and that did the trick.
