My local hospital was so bad, people used to say, if you want to die, go to that hospital.
Another company took over and changed it radically, not physically, just faster, kinder and more efficient.
Sometimes we have to complain to get change.
It worked!
I'm an old hippy, and protest, make calls, bump chests for a better world. 🌾🐝🌻

@msmarymac From one (aging, not old🤣) hippie to another - my Dad always said "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" - thanks for continuing to work for change!
We had a similar hospital near our winter home - it was so bad Medicare suspended them! The local doctors led the charge, local activists got appointed to the board, the "executive team" was replaced and they turned it around in less than 4 years.
